Q. Can I register my entire organization?

Q. How do I access my account?
A. Attendees do not have to set up passwords on their accounts. After registration is completed, attendees will be sent a magic link to verify their account and get access to the event. Here's an article with more information about attendee log-in. (Still having trouble? Try changing your browser to Chrome.) 

Q. Am I registered for all of the sessions?
A. Yes, by registering for the Symposium attendees have access to all the sessions. Attendees can add specific sessions to their personal calendar or add them all. There is an option under My Schedule. If adding events to an outlook calendar, select ical. This selection should also sync with outlook. 

Q. How do I add the sessions to my calendar?

Q. How long will sessions be available?
A. All of the presentations are pre-recorded and will be available until June 18 in an OnDemand format under "replays". This allows attendees to watch the session at a time that is convenient for them.

Q. How do I access the videos and watch replays? 
A. If you click on schedule, you will be able to access the videos from there. If the session has already occurred, you will be able to access the video in the “Replays” section at the top menu bar.
The replay page looks very much like the schedule page, but with dates in the past while the schedule page will only include sessions that are currently taking place or in the future. 

Q. Can I attend if I don't work in healthcare? 
A. Yes, please join us. All are welcome. The content is tailored to those who work in healthcare or plan to work in healthcare. 

Q. What is the time zone for the sessions?
A. All times are shown in the attendees local time, configured automatically from the attendee's browser time zone.

Q. What is the actual date of the symposium?
A. 2 – 3 speaker videos will be released each weekday throughout the month of May starting on May 3.
Each video will be available in an OnDemand format for 7 days from its release date.

Q. Are CEUs being offer?
A. At this time, we are not offering any CEUs for this symposium. We are happy to help work with you and your organization to gain CEUs.

Q. How do I access the sessions?
A. Registered attendees can access a session by going to the event website at www.TheGratitudeSymposium.com then head to your personal schedule. (Do you need help logging into the event?)
Then click the View button next to the session you want to watch.

Q. What platform will be used to view the videos (I would like to give our IT department a heads up.)? 
A. You will access the videos through this event site and the video will be hosted on Vimeo.
